If your parcel was not able to be delivered it may have been taken to your local post office or courier office. In this instance you should receive communication from the postal company to advise where you can collect your parcel - they may leave a note in your mailbox or email you the deets. If you haven’t received any information, we recommend getting in touch with the postal company directly so they can best advise the current location of your parcel.
Please note - most courier services will only hold parcels for a limited time, and if not collected within this time frame the parcel will be automatically returned to us. So definitely don't delay in organising the collection of your parcel!
