Sadly, once your order leaves BMHQ we are no longer able to make changes to it. However, there are a couple of other things you may be able to do:
Australian customers: if you create a free MyPost account, Aus Post usually gives you the option to request a parcel redirect.
Standard International customers: Unfortunately no address changes can be made through this postal service.
International Express customers: Some Express couriers are able to redirect a parcel to an alternative shipping address, so please email our team all of your info (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can reach out to the courier to see if this request is possible. Unfortunately we’re not able to guarantee they will be able to update this information, and you as the customer may be charged an administration fee for this service. We recommend checking with the Express courier directly for their fees and charges.
