If your International Express parcel is being returned to sender due to an issue with the address or delivery, and you have not been able to sort this out with the courier directly, please get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will be able to liaise with the courier to try and have your parcel redelivered.
Unfortunately, if you refuse your International Express parcel it will either be returned to us at an extra cost, or it will be destroyed by the postal service. We cannot be held accountable for any packages destroyed by the express courier and your order will not be refunded.
If you refuse your parcel, the express courier may get in contact with us. If your parcel is sent back to us instead of being destroyed, we unfortunately must deduct the shipping costs we are charged to have your parcel sent back, along with any duties and taxes charged on that parcel. This total cost will usually be more than the original customs charge, but it will depend on the weight of your parcel and the relevant duties. We won't know the exact cost until it is shipped back to us.
As this can be quite a costly experience, we do not recommend refusing the delivery of an express parcel.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at email@example.com
