So you haven’t received your order? Please don’t stress! If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from us yet then just drop an email to email@example.com and we’ll investigate. Remember, if we’ve just had a big release we might be a little slower at getting orders out. Some products also have different shipping dates, so make sure you check the product info page to see when your gear is expected to ship!
If you have received a shipping notification, check your tracking number for the latest update on where your package of goodies are. We supply estimated shipping timeframes, but delays do happen from time to time! Once your parcel leaves BMHQ it is in the hands of the postal services, so it’s definitely best to get in touch with them directly for the most up-to-date info on your parcel’s current whereabouts.
