Standard International:
International Standard Shipping goes through Australia Post and offers only basic tracking. It generally takes 1–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination, but can take up to 6 weeks or longer due to international delays. Once it arrives in your country, you’ll also be able to track your goodies through your local postal service.
Express Courier:
This tracked service costs a bit more, but hey – it gets your gear to you faster. International Express parcels are sent with DHL.
As DHL are a courier company, they will pay whatever customs charges are applicable to your order once it arrives in the destination country. They will then pass these charges along to you and they may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. This information is available on our FAQs Page and Shipping Page.
Please see our US Tariffs Update for more information on Express parcels going to the US.
