Firstly, we'd recommend checking that you requested a refund for your return. If you opted for a store credit our team will have supplied you with a voucher via email.
Keep in mind that refunds can take a few business days to process. If it has already been a few days, we recommend checking all of your accounts in case the refund has come through to a different account than you expected.
If you paid via PayPal, please check in your PayPal account, as sometimes funds go back into your PayPal account and will need to be manually transferred out.
