OmniReturns is a convenient and trackable return service for our US customers, allowing you to send return parcels directly to our OmniReturns warehouse in the US. This means you won't have to wait for your returns to arrive all the way back to us in Australia!
How can I use OmniReturns?
It’s super easy! Just head to our Return Form and enter your order details. Next, choose the reason for your return and select the option to ‘Receive a return label’ - it’s only $9.50 USD, which will be deducted from your refund, so there’s no upfront cost! From there, select your preferred reimbursement method. Once you’ve completed the form, you can download your Omni return label, which will also be sent to your email.
Please note, you must have a return label generated from the Return Form to be able to send your return to the Omni warehouse in the US. We cannot be held responsible for any return parcels that do not have a label generated through Refundid and become lost in transit.
If you’d prefer to send your return with your own label, you can select 'Ship with your own label'. Please address it to our returns address in Australia.
You can include items from multiple orders in one parcel, but please limit it to a maximum of 10 items. Please include a note detailing which items correspond to which order numbers to help us easily identify them.
Once the OmniReturns team in the US receives and processes your parcel (usually within a week of it arriving to them), your return will be processed within 2-5 business days and you will receive a confirmation email.
You can track your return using OmniReturns tracking here, with your USPS tracking number provided on your label.
