First of all, please don’t stress! It isn’t unusual for a parcel’s tracking to stall at different points along the journey.
The current global pandemic is creating extra delays throughout the postal network, and these delays are affecting different countries at different times.
If the expected shipping time frame has passed and you don’t have your parcel, we recommend:
Australian orders: Contact Australia Post directly for an update.
Standard International orders: The most common point at which tracking stalls for Standard International parcels is when they are awaiting transport to your country. As there are fewer planes flying at the moment, there can sometimes be a backlog with parcels waiting for air transport, or delays through Customs when the parcel does reach your country.
If your parcel is in your country, contact your local postal service for an update. If your parcel isn’t showing that it has reached your country yet, please get in touch with our Customer Experience team at hello@blackmilkclothing.com so we can look into it with the help of Australia Post.
International Express orders: contact the express courier directly for an update.
