If you’re not present when delivery is attempted, your parcel will either be safe dropped (i.e. left in a safe location), or you will receive information from the courier service on how to collect your gear. If you have any questions or concerns please get in touch directly with the courier. Please note - most courier services will only hold parcels for a limited time, and if not collected within this time frame the parcel will be automatically returned to us. So definitely don't delay in organising the collection of your parcel!
