Unfortunately this does happen from time to time, and for a variety of reasons. Please don’t worry – as soon as your parcel reaches us at BMHQ we will be in touch to sort out getting your parcel re-shipped to you! (Please note that Express Courier parcels follow a slightly different process. See more information about this here).
We do need to wait for your order to arrive back to us before we can re-ship it. Return To Sender (RTS) parcels are not always prioritised within the postal network, and can take a little longer to reach us (up to a few months in some cases), so we do ask for your patience while we wait for your parcel to arrive.
While your parcel is on its way back to us, you will sometimes be able to see updates on its location via the original tracking number. This information is not always available and because of the way RTS parcels are processed, we are not able to request updates from postal services for RTS parcels.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org
