Due to the cyclone in Queensland, we are shutting our doors at BMHQ for Thursday and Friday (March 6th and 7th, 2025) with the aim to reopen Monday morning (March 10th). As a result, there may be delays in dispatching and delivering orders. We're working hard to minimise disruptions, but some delays are unavoidable.
I've already placed an order - what's going to happen to it?
If you have already placed an order and it hasn't yet left our warehouse, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
My order is in transit, when will it arrive?
If your order has already been dispatched, it’s on its way! However, transit times may be longer than usual.
We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the most up-to-date information. If you experience a significant delay and need further assistance, our Customer Experience team is here to help.
Can I collect my order from BMHQ?
Our office is closed March 6th and 7th, 2025. If you had a click and collect scheduled for pickup you can collect it when our office reopens, we will confirm this with you via email.
Can I still place an order?
Yes! Our online store is open as usual. Just keep in mind that shipping times may be longer than normal.
